Guess I have a new hobby
After seeing the birds visit my neighbors bird feeder I wanted to get one for my fence. This bird feeder is smaller than what I did expect but it fit in the ledge of my fence and feels sturdy. I can see how birds or other animals might knock that tray off but so far I haven't had that problem. I would recommend for an affordable little bird feeder that is easy to clean.

Birds seem to love it!
I have it on the railing of my balcony. It took about a month for the birds to approach. My sliding glass doors and me, scared them. Now it's a popular spot. They also like the water option, to drink and bathe. If you have a metal railing, you may need to add 1/4 inch of wood or cardboard. But, once done, it stays secure.
